I’d tried everything to help me feel better including anti-depressants, CBT and counselling.
Over a decade I’d spent battling on and off with depression and anxiety, most people didn’t know this as I was very good at hiding how I was really feeling.
I kept on putting the ‘I’m fine’ mask, but inside I was a mess. Something had to change. I was stuck in a job that stressed me out on a daily basis, but I didn’t have the confidence or self belief to even consider going for an interview elsewhere, the negative beliefs about myself made me believe I wasn’t good enough, or clever enough to do anything else.
I was sick of failed relationships, attracting men that treated me badly, which over the years slowly chipped away any confidence and self belief I once had. Years of fertility issues added to me feeling a failure. I’d become a victim of my own circumstances.
I hated it, I just wanted to feel ‘normal’ (whatever that was). I feared I was never going to feel happy again.
It was here that I was (thankfully) introduced to EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques). This proved to be the solution I had been looking for. And so my journey of self development and personal growth began.
So I probably have some idea where your head’s at. I’ve been there. I’ve felt broken. Lost. Irrepairable.
Fast forward to today I feel a totally different person, my mindset is now that of a survivor– I am no longer stuck in victim mode.
I am now in a much happier place and it’s now my mission to encourage and empower other women just like you to identify and overcome the emotional barriers and limiting beliefs that are holding you back from living a happier, more fulfilled life and living to your true potential.
The investment in yourself is the best investment you will ever make. I cannot stress how effective these therapies and techniques can be in providing an alternative solution to helping YOU to feel better from the inside out.

Emotional Freedom Techniques

I was recommended to try Mel by a friend as I was having a really tough time dealing with the loss of my Mum and the feelings I was trying to deal with.
