Today is the perfect time to reflect on the past 12 months. Remembering the high lights, the accomplishments and successes, but also acknowledging what needs to change.

I believe emotional health & wellbeing needs as much attention ( if not more) than physical health.
There comes at point in life where the thought of battling and struggling through each day is not an option anymore. ( Well it did for me anyway!)
It’s my 5th year anniversary TODAY
The day I decided to sort my shit out!!
I was literally sick of my own bullshit … the dark thoughts, the detrimental, soul destroying, negative outlook I had on life was slowly killing me.
Long story short, I woke up on New year’s Day 2014 and decided it was time to take responsibility for my own wellbeing.
I was sick of waiting for something good to happen to me. So, I decided to make things happen FOR me.
That was the day my life / mindset shifted, and the inner work began. I realised the only person that could change my life was me!
5 years on and I’m in a much better place, I’m now helping others to embark on their own transformation journeys and loving it!
