A little more about the services I offer.

Both Hypnotherapy and EFT are extremely effective and beneficial, but if you are not sure what you need, I would always suggest booking in for an Introductory Taster Session, as this will help us both to find out what would be best suited to you. We are all different and these techniques are just tools I use in the process, either alone or blended, depending on what unfolds during our time together.

I don’t provide single sessions. Why?

Because I strongly believe that if you are truly committed to creating lasting change in your life you will want to work with someone who gives 100%, treats you as an individual and develops a clear treatment plan to ensure you gain maximum benefit from your investment.  This cannot be achieved in a single session.

Hypnotherapy uses hypnosis to bring you into a relaxed, sleep-like state, where we can work on resolving the issues that are affecting and you may be having difficulty changing.


Freedom starts with the mind – the subconscious mind. Your beliefs, emotions, habits, values, protective reactions, imagination, intuition and programming all reside here. This makes up around 90% of you mind. Often the programming is old and outdated based on past experience, beliefs and conditioning.
The thinking mind (conscious mind) is the part of the mind that thinks logically, it can analyse and criticise but does not have the power to make lasting changes.


Hypnosis is a safe, natural and familiar state.


We all move in and out of the hypnotic state all day long. For instance, sometimes we go into this state when we’re driving, watching TV, listening to music, reading or working on something that we’re passionate about.
Hypnosis is the state from which you can make extremely powerful changes in your life because it is the state in which you are the most receptive, creative, and open to suggestion.

Some people can enter into hypnosis more quickly than others, and everyone can improve his or her ability to reach the hypnotic state through practice. A lot of people think they can’t be hypnotised, but they can. Everyone can be hypnotised. Hypnosis is more similar to daydreaming than it is to sleep. (Although, if you do fall asleep during hypnosis, the suggestions are still absorbed.)

All hypnosis is self-hypnosis. All of the transformation you experience as a result of a session is because of what you have done. The power always lies within you.


There are many misconceptions around Hypnosis. If you are concerned about trying Hypnotherapy for fear of being totally out of  being made to run around quacking like a chicken (as I was at first!), or you maybe scared that you will reveal  your deep, dark secrets! Why is my business called “Tapping Into Change”?

To tap into the mind with the intention of understanding why people think, feel and behave the way they do, is the core of my work. I use various techniques to ‘tap’ into the mind, including Hypnotherapy & Emotional Freedom Techniques (more commonly known as Tapping or EFT) to do this in a safe and natural way, to then look at ways to help change unwanted habits, beliefs and negative thinking.

Tapping ( EFT) is the 1st technique I trained in. It helped me to totally change my outlook on life. My whole mindset has shifted.


I have since become slightly obsessed with learning more about the mind-body connection and finding news ways to help my clients feel better from the INSIDE OUT.

Tapping is a combination of Ancient Chinese Acupressure and Modern Psychology that works to physically alter your brain, energy system and body all at once. The practice consists of tapping with your fingertips on specific meridian points while talking through traumatic memories and a wide range of emotions.

In this 6 week programme will learn you how to:

  • Identify how the past is impacting your present and restricting your future
  • Clear old beliefs that are causing you to repeat the same mistakes.
  • Take accountability for your own actions and realise your true potential
  • Learn how to effectively manage your emotions and moods
  • Increase your confidence and self belief by overcoming the fears holding you back

The sessions are usually in person at my purpose built therapy room. Alternatively we can work over Skype which is just as effective. I have worked with clients in several different countries and had some fantastic results.

How long are the sessions and how many are there?

This programme will run over 6 weeks and involves 6 sessions.

The first session will be approximately 2 hour, the following sessions on week 2, 3, 4 and week 5 will be 90 minutes. Additional exercises will be sent for you to do in between sessions. This will help to maintain momentum and help you on this exciting journey of self discovery!

The final session on week 6 will be a 90 minute session. We will use this session to tie up any remaining issues or concerns (if there should be any). We will analyse your progress and do the final post assessment. We will put an action plan in place for you to take away so you can continue your journey and take the next steps towards making your dreams become reality.

Telephone & Skype Sessions

If you are not local do not fear!

Zoom / Skype/ WhatsApp sessions can be just as effective, I have had clients as far away as Russia and Finland.
I offer sessions worldwide over the telephone or via Skype. The sessions are approximately 60 minutes.

There are benefits to having a telephone session such as no risk of getting stuck in traffic and the comfort of being able to relax in your own surroundings, however, some people do prefer to get away from familiar surroundings and enjoy the in person interaction.


The choice is entirely yours.
